Reactivating an Internal Actor

The administrator uses the Change Status option in the Actor Detail to reactivate an actor and add the actor back to the actor list.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Admin tab.
  2. In the User Management menu, click Users.
    Result: The Internal Actors window is displayed.
  3. Check the checkbox of the actor to be reactivated.
  4. Right click and select Change Status.
    Result: The Actor entry window is displayed.

NOTE: Actors can only be reactivated from the view.

  1. Click the drop down button and select the appropriate status.

NOTE: To add more statuses, see SmartTrain Setup.

  1. Enter a comment or reason for reactivating the actor.
  1. Enter your password and then click the Save button.
    Result: The internal actor has been reactivated and added back to the Actor list.
